Easy Returns:
You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment, they must be in original condition.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.
How to submit a return request?
Please email burrowandnestinteriors@gmail.com stating your order number and which items you wish to return, you will receive instructions on how to make your return.
We only deliver the the UK.
- Standard Delivery 5 - 8 days £3.50 orders up to £50, £4.50 orders over £50
- Express Delivery 2 - 4 days £6.50
- Super Express Delivery 1-2 Working Days £8.50
- FREE Delivery UK orders over £100, expect 5 - 8 days for delivery

If you require separate deliveries you must submit two separate orders.
Ordering Glass
Due to the fragile nature of these items, it is inevitable that breakages will occasionally occur during transit. Whilst we are always happy to replace damaged items free of charge, please bear with us and allow a reasonable time for us to issue a replacement. Breakages must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
